1. OVERVIEW OF SERVICES

Red Hot Xtra is a subscription-based digital platform offering exclusive male photography, video content, digital publications, behind-the-scenes material, and other premium media.

A subscription grants one individual user access to content included within their membership tier. Content availability may vary by plan and time of enrolment. New content is added regularly, typically weekly/bi-weekly or monthly unless otherwise stated.

Additional pay-per-view or premium add-on items may be offered. Access is normally granted immediately after purchase. If delays occur, support will assist promptly.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To access certain areas of the platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information
• Keep your details updated
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised access

Accounts created with false information, used on behalf of others, or involved in violations of these Terms may be suspended or terminated.

Red Hot Xtra is strictly an 18+ service. The platform contains full-frontal nudity and other adult material. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. If we have reason to believe an account holder is under 18, the account, and any active subscription, will be terminated immediately without refund.

By registering, you agree to receive account-related communications. Marketing emails may be opted out of at any time.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND OWNERSHIP

All Red Hot Xtra content including images, videos, text, graphics, branding, layouts, and software is owned by Red Hot 100 Limited or licensed partners.

You receive no ownership rights. Your access is limited to personal viewing through the official platform.

You may not:

• Copy, screenshot, download, or save content unless explicitly allowed
• Repost, redistribute, or upload content anywhere
• Create derivative works
• Remove or alter copyright notices

Unauthorised use may result in termination and legal action.

6. BILLING

All payments for subscriptions and additional purchases are processed by Red Hot 100 Limited, our authorised billing operator.

Transactions may appear on your statement under a descriptor identifying the charge as Red Hot Xtra.

Billing currency may be GBP (£), EUR (€), or USD ($), depending on region.

7. PAYMENTS AND RENEWALS

By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges according to the plan selected at checkout including monthly, semi-annual, or annual plans.

Key terms:

• All sales are final
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same term
• You must cancel at least 24 hours before renewal
• No refunds are provided once access is delivered
• You may cancel anytime through your account dashboard
• Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle

8. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• Download or archive content unless explicitly permitted
• Attempt to remove watermarks or tracking technology
• Interfere with the platform or security systems
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Share your login credentials with others
• Use automated tools, bots, or scraping technologies
• Violate any intellectual property rights

Breaches may result in immediate termination without refund.

9. CONTENT MODERATION & SAFETY POLICY

9.1 Overview

Red Hot Xtra operates a curated content platform. All content is produced, commissioned, or licensed directly by Red Hot 100 Limited. We do not accept user-generated content or permit external uploads.

Our content moderation framework includes:

• Pre-publication review of all content before it goes live
• Human editorial oversight of all material

9.2 Content Review Process

All content undergoes mandatory review before publication:

9.4 Youth-Coded Content Policy

• School uniforms, sports kits, or other clothing associated with minors
• Settings that evoke childhood (children's bedrooms, playgrounds, classrooms)
• Props associated with children (stuffed animals, pacifiers, toys, school bags)
• Roleplay scenarios implying a minor (babysitter/child, student/teacher with age implications)
• Language, titles, or descriptions suggesting underage participants ("teen," "barely legal," "young boy")
• Visual styling intended to make performers appear younger than 18 (pigtails combined with other youth signifiers, braces, etc.)

Assessment Process:

• All content undergoes editorial review before publication
• Reviewers are trained to identify youth-coded elements
• Content flagged as potentially youth-coded is escalated for senior review
• When in doubt, content is rejected

This policy applies regardless of the verified age of performers. Content that could reasonably be interpreted as depicting or evoking minors will not be published.

9.5 BDSM & Kink Content Policy

Red Hot Xtra may feature consensual BDSM and kink content between verified adult performers. All such content must meet the following standards:

Permitted Content:

• Consensual bondage (rope, restraints, cuffs) with visible safety measures
• Consensual impact play (spanking, paddling) without visible injury

10. MODEL VERIFICATION (ID&V)

10.1 Initial Verification

All models and performers must complete identity and age verification before any content is produced or published:

• Signed model release and consent forms

10.2 Records Retention

Red Hot Xtra maintains verification records in compliance with applicable record-keeping requirements.

12. NON-CONSENSUAL CONTENT POLICY

Red Hot Xtra strictly prohibits non-consensual content, including:

• Revenge pornography
• Hidden camera or voyeuristic content
• Deepfake or AI-generated sexual content without consent

12.1 Takedown Procedure

13. MODERN SLAVERY & HUMAN TRAFFICKING POLICY

17. TERM AND TERMINATION

You may close your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without notice if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in unlawful behavior
• Share or leak protected content
• Participate in fraudulent or abusive activity

Termination does not limit our right to pursue legal remedies.

18. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Red Hot Xtra is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous or error-free service
• Uninterrupted access
• Protection from third-party breaches
• Accuracy or availability of all content

Use is at your own risk.

19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the content or service giving rise to the claim.
