Complaints & Content Removal

This form enables compliance with the Visa Integrity Risk Program (VIRP) and allows visitors to report any content hosted by Red Hot Xtra that may be illegal, non-consensual, or otherwise in violation of card brand rules or requirements.

All good faith complaints will be investigated and resolved within five (5) business days. You will be notified of the outcome and what action was taken via email.

Content determined to be illegal will be removed immediately and reported to SegPay and the relevant authorities.

Non-consensual content: if you believe content on this site depicts you without your consent, you may submit a complaint below. Red Hot Xtra will verify that appropriate consent was obtained. If consent cannot be established, the content will be taken down immediately. If we believe valid consent exists, you may request that the dispute be resolved by an independent neutral body at our expense.
