How do I pause or cancel my subscription?
If you pause or cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
For example, if you cancel on the 5th but your renewal date is the 15th, you'll have access until the 15th.
You can pause or deactivate via your account: Profile- Subscription - Unsubscribe.
Permanently deactivating your account removes access to the library associated with it. If you just need a break, stop renewal instead.
Do you offer refunds?
